Cancellation and Curtailment
For cancellations due to Coronavirus related issues, you will have the option of a refund or transfer of dates. If the cancellation is due to non Coronavirus related issues our normal terms and conditions apply. It is recommended that you have valid travel insurance that includes enhanced COVID-19 cover in place.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the reservation. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Due to our small business, we reserve the right to make a full charge for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and for any curtailment of stay to be charged for the remaining nights. These charges will only apply if we are unable to re-let the room. For cancellations made prior to 14 days, where we can re-let the room, we will refund the deposit.
We strongly recommend you arrange a holiday cancellation insurance policy which includes cancellations due to adverse weather.
