Hooray! 4 Star Award for The Lint Mill

On Wednesday evening we had a lovely guest called Suzanne who stayed for dinner, bed and breakfast.  The menu on Wednesday was

Zucchini carpaccio

Lint Mill pork slow braised in cider with seasonal vegetables

Strawberry Pavlova

Regional farmhouse cheese* & handmade oatcakes

Coffee & homemade Scottish tablet or Pukka herbal teas

…and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the conservatory.

The following morning she revealed her identity! Suzanne turned out to be our incognito guest who was staying as part of Visit Scotland’s Quality Assurance scheme! She gave us excellent feedback and we were delighted to learn that we have been awarded 4 stars.

We’re looking forward to receiving our plaque!
