Tariff

The suite is £100 per night (two people sharing or single occupancy).
Family use of the room is £145 per night.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The price includes a traditional Scottish breakfast (or other choice from our extensive breakfast menu), afternoon tea (if arrival time permits), welcome tray, bed linen, toiletries and towels. There is no extra charge for the use of WiFi, the Artist’s Studio, yoga equipment or fishing rods.

The Lint Mill does not charge for children under 3 years of age in their parents’ room but we do charge £15 per booking if you would like us to provide a cot.

For children over 3 years of age we charge the family rate for the room of £145, irrespective of the number of children (a maximum of two) and this includes extra truckle beds and breakfast.

Dinner
We offer a 3 course dinner for £32 per person or a 2 course dinner for £26 per person. It is a seasonal set menu (we are not licensed to serve alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own wine). A traditional artisan cheese board is £8 per person.

Platters for two are £30.

For babies, we are happy to heat up food/milk. We can provide an early high tea for children at around 6pm for £10 per child (for those who would like their children in bed before they have dinner themselves). Children can also eat a full dinner later with the family for £15 per child (under 12).

Seasonal Prices

Christmas and New Year 2024/2025   The tariff from December 20th 2024 – January 5th 2025 is £145 per room per night.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check in is between 5 & 6pm and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.00am on day of departure. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please let us know so that we can arrange our evening accordingly.

Payment

We accept the deposit payment by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

Deposit
A deposit equal to one night’s stay, is required to secure your reservation. We will hold your reservation for up to three days.

Balance
We accept the balance payment by cheque, bank transfer, PayPal or cash payment for the balance before your departure at the end of your stay. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Cancellation and Curtailment

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the reservation. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Due to our small business, we reserve the right to make a full charge for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and for any curtailment of stay to be charged for the remaining nights. These charges will only apply if we are unable to re-let the room. For cancellations made prior to 14 days, where we can re-let the room, we will refund the deposit.

We strongly recommend you arrange a holiday cancellation insurance policy which includes cancellations due to adverse weather.
