Currently, we are not able to accept 1 night bookings.

We do have availability for your selected dates and your booking will show as a reservation on our online booking calendar (pale blue) until we receive your deposit.

The tariff for two people sharing the double suite is £100 per night.  Single occupancy is £75 per night. Family use of the room £145. This price includes a traditional Scottish breakfast (or other choice from our extensive breakfast menu), welcome tray, bed linen, toiletries and towels.  Logs are provided. There is no extra charge for the use of WiFi, the Artist’s Studio, yoga equipment or fishing rods.
Deposit

A deposit equal to one night’s stay, is required within 3 days to secure your reservation and then your booking will show as a confirmed on our online booking calendar (dark blue). We accept payment by cash, cheque, PayPal or bank transfer.

When using Paypal please click on ‘I you use your PayPal account, bank account or your your debit card to send money. PayPal charge a fee if you use your credit card to send money, (currently 3.4% + 20p) typically a £3.26 fee for a deposit of £90. I’m afraid as a small business we have to pass this cost back onto you on your final bill.
Dinner is very much part of ‘The Lint Mill Experience’ as we pride ourselves on our delicious meals prepared with ingredients from our smallholding (home produce lamb, pork and chicken) and our kitchen garden. We rear and grow everything using organic principles. We offer a 3 course dinner for £32 per person and a 2 course dinner for £26 per person. It is a seasonal set menu (we are not licensed to sell alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own wine) – all to be booked in advance.
If you would like a Cheese board with a selection of traditional artisan cheese with homemade chutney and oat cakes  please ask and we’ll be happy to provide this for you at £8 per person.  It is also possible to book a cheese or antipasti platter for two for £28 per platter – to be booked in advance.

Check-in is from 5pm and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10am on day of departure.

Cancellation and Curtailment

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the reservation. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. Due to our small business, we reserve the right to make a full charge for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and for any curtailment of stay to be charged for the remaining nights. These charges will only apply if we are unable to re-let the room. For cancellations made prior to 14 days, where we can re-let the room, we will refund the deposit. We strongly recommend you arrange a holiday cancellation insurance policy including cancellations due to adverse weather.
