And another glorious pick…the sweet peas are just fantastic this year. We’re loving the single colour too…ivory turning to white at they fully bloom. Usually, by this point in the season the stems are getting shorter and shorter but this variety is still producing four blooms on long stems. Delightful fragrance too.

We don’t usually get a good apple crop (our trees were ravaged by our native sheep and Bagot goats in their early years) however, we do have variety…James Grieve, Ellison’s Orange, Ashmead’s Kernel, Egremont Russet, Blenheim Orange…
This year they are destined for ACV(apple cider vinegar) to capture their health giving properties and last us over winter.
